6. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
By uploading resumes, job posts, or company information, you grant the Company a global license to:
- Host, store, publish, index, and distribute content
- Display content to relevant users
- Use content for improving matching algorithms
You confirm ownership of all submitted content.
7. SHARING OF PERSONAL DATA
- With Employers (for Jobseekers who apply or enable visibility)
- With Jobseekers (for Employers who post jobs openly)
- With Third-Party Processors:

- Email/SMS delivery
- Analytics (Google, etc.)
- Payment gateways
- Fraud detection tools
- With regulators, courts, or authorities when legally required.
8. THIRD-PARTY PROCESSORS (FULL DISCLOSURE)

Retained 5–7 years per UAE commercial law.
You may request deletion anytime.
