• Company name, trade license

C. Automatically Collected Data

6. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

By uploading resumes, job posts, or company information, you grant the Company a global license to:

• Host, store, publish, index, and distribute content
• Display content to relevant users
• Use content for improving matching algorithms

You confirm ownership of all submitted content.

7. SHARING OF PERSONAL DATA

• With Employers (for Jobseekers who apply or enable visibility)
• With Jobseekers (for Employers who post jobs openly)
• With Third-Party Processors:
  • Cloud hosting
  • Email/SMS delivery
  • Analytics (Google, etc.)
  • Payment gateways
  • Fraud detection tools
• With regulators, courts, or authorities when legally required.

8. THIRD-PARTY PROCESSORS (FULL DISCLOSURE)

We engage third-party providers who may process data on our behalf under PDPL/GDPR-compliant contracts:

• Hosting providers (AWS/Google Cloud/Microsoft Azure)
• Email/SMS gateways

Retained 6–24 months for security.

D. Billing/Invoices

Retained 5–7 years per UAE commercial law.

You may request deletion anytime.

11. USER RIGHTS (PDPL + GDPR)

17. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Policy. Updates will be posted with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use constitutes acceptance.
